About This Promotion

The Safe Driver Pledge is a community initiative designed to encourage safer driving habits across Southern Utah. Participants who complete the Safe Driver Pledge will be entered for a chance to win a $1,000 Safe Driver Road Trip Giveaway (a combination of cash and/or gas cards).

Participants may enter by completing the Safe Driver Pledge at SafeDriverUtah.com. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Eligibility

Open to individuals 16 years or older who are residents of the United States. Employees of Redrock Media, participating sponsors, other St. George area media companies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter. If selected as a winner, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of prize pickup and will be required to sign all necessary release and eligibility documents.

Prize Details

Grand Prize: $1,000 Safe Driver Road Trip Giveaway (cash and/or gas cards). Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another item. Redrock Media reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Contest Rules

• Contests are open to all qualified persons 16 years or older except employees of Redrock Media, their families, household members, and employees of all St. George area media companies and their immediate family members.
• No purchase is necessary.
• A total of one prize may be won per household address, and winners will not qualify for any other contest prize for at least 30 days.
• Winners are responsible for all tax liability and may be required to provide their Social Security Number for tax purposes.
• Winners must sign an eligibility and liability release.
• A valid photo ID is required to claim prize.
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days or will be considered forfeited.
• Prizes are non-transferable and will be awarded only to the verified winner.
• Prizes will not be mailed and must be picked up in person.
• Redrock Media reserves the right to substitute prizes of similar or greater value.
• Redrock Media is not responsible for any product liability issues.

By Entering You Agree To

Commit to safe driving behaviors outlined in the pledge. Allow Redrock Media and campaign partners (including Dealer Collision Center, Injury Smart Law, and Main Street Insurance) to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Liability Release

By participating, entrants release Redrock Media, its stations, employees, sponsors, and affiliated partners from any liability associated with participation in the contest or use of the prize. Redrock Media is not responsible for misdirected or misdialed phone calls, emails, texts, or misuse or misdirection of any digital or social media used to enter, qualify, or win. Redrock Media reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time.
